HEARING AIDS
THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS!
While the enormous amount of information and number of hearing aid options available in the current market is exciting, it can also be very overwhelming! We're here to help you navigate this complicated process to find what amplification option will be most successful for you!

CIC (Completely in the Canal)
As it's name describes, this hearing aid is seated completely in the ear canal, with only the faceplate visible.

ITC (In the Canal)
This hearing aid is a bit larger than the CIC, allowing for additional power, wireless function and easier manipulation.

ITE (In the Ear)
This hearing aid can also be referred to as a full shell hearing aid, as it fills the entire bowl of the ear. This allows for additional power needs and assists those with dexterity issues by being easier to handle.

This hearing aid is a miniature behind the ear unit connected by a wire to a small receiver that sits in the ear canal. This style is appropriate for a variety of hearing losses and is cosmetically appealing.

BTE (Behind the Ear)
This hearing aid is a unit that fits behind the ear, as stated. It is typically paired with a custom earmold. This style hearing aid accommodates higher power needs.
